When you log a support ticket with the IT Support Helpdesk, one of our Technical Support Engineers will call you back promptly and connect remotely to your PC from our office.
The Engineer will then run some troubleshooting tests and in most cases will identify and fix the problem in just a few minutes.
If it isn’t possible to find an immediate solution, you then have the option to use our Onsite Support Helpdesk service.

If your network or PC issues cannot be resolved remotely, we’ll send one of our Technical Support Engineers to your site.
In 99% of cases, issues that cannot be resolved remotely will be fixed as a result of an onsite visit. Onsite Support offers additional benefits as we:

IT Support Helpdesk services are available on a ‘Pay-As-You-Go’ basis in blocks of 5 hours (Onsite Support) or 10 hours (Remote Support).
All support services are also available via our hourly or monthly IT Support Contracts.
